What we believe matters: the stories that shape our reality.

WHAT WE BELIEVE MATTERS
What we believe is extremely important.
Our beliefs are the foundation of the entire manifestation process.
What do we manifest in life? Who we are, our fears or our wounds.
But fears and wounds are born from the stories we tell ourselves to justify certain events, whether those stories are right or not.
And this is where a limiting belief is born: first, I tell a story, then I associate an emotion with it, and finally, I repeat that story and experience that emotion over and over again.
I manifest and I believe. And the more I believe, the more I manifest.
That is why it is essential to examine our belief system, to discern which beliefs bring lightness and joy and which ones make the heart sad.
Any belief that brings sadness does not correspond to who we are. The sadness is there because our soul knows that this story is taking us further away from who we truly are: abundant and happy.
So, what can we do?
It can be hard work, especially when a belief has been deeply rooted for many years.
✨ Based on self-love, define what we deserve or what we dream of.
✨ Understand the story that sustains the limiting belief.
✨ Look for other perspectives or possible reasons behind what happened — give it a new meaning.
✨ Grieve what happened fully, as many times as necessary.
✨ Tell a new story and repeat it over and over again, or...
✨ Simply focus on one positive point and keep your attention on it. This helps raise our vibration and allows us to feel happier. And as that energy becomes more established, it expands into other areas on its own, without effort.
As we are talking about aspects related to the subconscious, sometimes professional help is necessary, and the support of a hypnotherapist, regression work, or someone who works with the subconscious can be decisive.
One thing is certain!
It is always good to have absolute awareness of what we think.
